Your role as a Member Services Representative As a full-time Member Services Representative (Teller) at HomeTown Credit Union in Owatonna, MN, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with prior customer service experience, to effectively address member inquiries. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is important for daily tasks, alongside proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy in transactions. Cash handling experience is preferred, as you will manage financial transactions with precision. Additionally, regular attendance is crucial to maintain a consistent presence for our members and contribute to a reliable banking environment.
