What you will do

Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores

Unload trailer using pallet jacks

Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Dispatch 8 PM to 10 PM

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required; applicant must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence

Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required

1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required

3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))

Work the required schedule, work at the specified location, complete Penske employment application, submit to background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintaining safety is required. Associates must be able to accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.

The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The associate must move frequently, stand, walk, and sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, reach with hands and arms. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).

The associate must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
