About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2019 after spending time in medical sales, where I was recruited by State Farm and drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own. I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, played rugby in college, and still love anything sports-related. Our team includes four members, and we’ve intentionally built an office that feels nothing like corporate America — it’s flexible, relaxed, and built on good vibes, while still getting serious results. I also stay involved in the community as president of the Exchange Club, which reflects our commitment to service beyond the office. We offer PTO, health benefits, a strong work–life balance, and a hiring bonus. We’re looking for someone with hunger, grit, and a sense of urgency — a true go-getter who thrives in a laid-back environment that values effort and results. If you want autonomy, support, and the chance to grow without red tape, this is the kind of place where you can do your best work.
