Responsibilities
Assist residents with meal preparation and portioning in accordance with dietary plans.
Record temperature and document food safety practices.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dietary equipment.
Support residents in enjoying one of the most appreciated parts of the day.
Qualifications
10th grade education.
Prior experience in Skilled Nursing foodservice is preferable but training is provided.
