Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: Drivers make $80,000 to $90,000, top earners up to $110,000+
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000, depending on experience.
3rd Shift Dispatch.
Day‑1 benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.

What You’ll Do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour delivery.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering on road and customer premises.
Maintain driver log (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations; document delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
