Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club, a new Nicklaus Design Semi‑Private Club in Surprise, AZ, seeks a Concierge to welcome guests at eight stay‑and‑play cottages, helping them experience the community and Club lifestyle.
Ideal working hours:
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a local information source for guests.
Provide information about resort events and surrounding area.
Maintain brochure rack supplies, keeping them clean and organized.
Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
Assist guests with services: making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, booking or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
Respond to guest questions and concerns, make suggestions and identify possible solutions.
Follow safe work practices.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Regular and reliable attendance.
