Basic Qualifications

Effective communication with guests and employees

Identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stock inventory and perform restocking duties

Stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, and reach as required

Work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

Operate effectively in a variety of temperatures, hot and cold

Move and reconfigure seating arrangements

Use kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, knives)

Maintain a neat, organized workspace and proper storage of supplies

Respond quickly to customer needs

Work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen

Tolerate exposure to allergens and food odors

Maintain professional, hygienic appearance; proper uniform and grooming

Understand directives and communicate with leadership and coworkers
