We are searching for an experienced Painter at our HMF Express Atlanta, GA facility. The candidate will collaborate closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to ensure department standards and production schedules are met. This role requires skilled paint application work, from preparation to final finishing stages.

Duties and Responsibilities
Review and comprehend project specifications.
Inspect for final prep and manage the loading and unloading of paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert the Lead when replenishment is needed.
Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
Required Experience: Ability to quickly learn new tasks and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in industrial or auto body painting.
Ability to frequently lift 25-50 pounds.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in executing SOP, quality, and safety practices.
Familiarity with the use of respiratory PPE; successful completion of fit testing requirements is necessary.
Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Effective prioritization and workflow management skills to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Required Education
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
