The Opportunity Under direct supervision from the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Clerk provides customer service and conducts various tasks within the bakery.
The Bakery Clerk assists customers with bakery purchases, cleans shelving and display cases, maintains self‑serve displays, takes special orders, and helps the baker determine items for baking or decorating. The position also involves department cleaning, including hosing down floors with soap and water.
This fast‑paced grocery store role requires frequent lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual & auditory attentiveness.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for all food service positions.
