Right At School, a provider of before and after school extended day programs, seeks a passionate Educator to deliver disguised learning activities and daily enrichment for children in local school districts.
Pay Rate
$18‑20/hr (based on education and experience) Responsibilities
Lead daily program meetings, reviewing goals, sharing ideas, and fostering collaboration. Organize and facilitate daily activities, preparing curriculum that aligns with program objectives and is both educational and engaging. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Prioritize safety by monitoring the environment, addressing hazards, and following all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents. Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel. Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old (preferred). Ability to lift 25 lbs. Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living. Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed. Washington Requirements
Meet state‑specific requirements. First Aid and CPR (in‑person). Cleared tuberculosis test. Food Handlers Card. Proof of MMR. 18+ years of age. Proof of High School diploma/GED required. Background check with fingerprinting. Benefits Offered
