Job Overview

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior—emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas.
Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area—emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and storing tools and equipment properly.
Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs.
Education & Experience
High School diploma / GED preferred.
Ability to multitask.
Automotive experience preferred.
Clear close vision required.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail.
Required Skills & Abilities
Customer service abilities.
Positive attitude.
Trustworthy and reliable.
Willingness to learn.
Other Requirements
Pulling / pushing, carrying.
Walking 5+.
Sitting.
Standing 5+.
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling 1+.
Operate a motor vehicle.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
