Compensation: $33.75
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for creating real connections and spending time getting to know our guests, building relationships and institutional knowledge to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You’ll also anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and share knowledge with relevant teams. Proactively seek to greet guests throughout the hotel, especially upon arriving in the lobby, and perform guest rooming. Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, including reservations, financial transactions, and special occasions.
You will embody our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity and bring these to life every day.
You will prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes that arise, reporting them and working with other positions to correct them.
You will perform light work standing and walking frequently for the entire shift, may need to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, use a computer keyboard and mouse, and occasionally bend, squat, twist, and turn. As a seasonal property, long hours during peak periods may be required.
Employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
