$20.50 – $24.09 / hour
Responsibilities
Perform ongoing operational tasks to support a multi‑function Transport department.
Serve as the daytime Transport Services dispatcher.
Coordinate transporter activity according to volume levels.
Maintain schedules and coordinate training and orientation programs for volunteers and staff.
Assist with interviewing, training, evaluating, and discipline of support staff as necessary.
Recommend, design, and implement performance improvement and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) – required.
Preferred: 2 years of transport or related experience.
Basic Life Support Certification required; must be obtained within first 90 days.
Licensure requirements as required by the State of Florida.
