Gervais High School is seeking an Assistant Track Coach.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Contract is for the 2025/2026 School Year
Must be available weekday afternoons by 3:30pm and for attendance at meets
SALARY
$2,892 – $3,694
STARTING DATE
March 2026
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and must be willing to examine new theories and procedures.
Must have a valid First Aid
Must have experience working with middle or high school age children; and
Be able to complete:
NHFS Coaching Fundamentals
NHFS Concussion Management
NHFS Heat Acclimation
ODE Steroid Training and Assessment;
Preferred areas of coaching expertise; one or more of the following: high jump, javelin, pole vault, or hurdles; and
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and
