Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation to join their team. As a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation, you will be part of the Treasury & Cash Management Implementation Department supporting client onboarding and system integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

New York, NY 10172 (Hybrid - 2 days/week in office)
Pay Range:
$45-50hr
Duration:
12‑Month Contract
What’s the Job?
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of complex Cash Management and Treasury services for diverse corporate clients.
Manage the implementation lifecycle from client onboarding to full operational status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a technical expert during sales and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise junior team members, optimize operational workflows, and lead digitalization projects to enhance efficiency.
What’s Needed?
At least 5 years of experience in a client‑facing role within a major financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and Treasury systems implementation.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new banking platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
