Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead operations in a high-volume, fast‑paced entertainment center. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, and committed to exceptional guest service.

What We’re Looking For
1‑2 years of management experience.
Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
Experience in hospitality and/or food & beverage preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Operations Expert – Problem‑solver, cleanliness focused, takes initiative, floor management, budget proficiency, passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a “FUN” atmosphere.
Identify & resolve issues impacting guest experience.
Ensure location cleanliness.
Validate compliance and training.
Oversee floor management (bowling, bar, lane service).
Additional Duties
Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
Report product/service issues.
Review timecards.
Track inventory quality.
Check delivery statuses.
