F&B Supervisor - YBR Casino & Sports Book
Join Turning Stone Enterprises as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at YBR Casino & Sports Book. This role oversees daily F&B and Recreation operations, ensuring excellent guest service, staff training, smooth scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of facility amenities such as Top Golf and Brunswick Bowling is essential.
Starting Salary:
$42,120.00 – $53,703.00 yearly (All shifts available)
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of F&B and Recreation operations, software updates, and communicate policy changes to employees.
Ensure staff are trained and develop efficient break & shift schedules.
Deliver outstanding guest service and recognize repeat guests.
Track payroll, leave, vacation, and other administrative records accurately.
Monitor recreation areas, secure equipment, technology and service standards; engage maintenance for repairs.
Advise guests on Top Golf suites, Brunswick Bowling, and other social games.
Complete daily inventory of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
Communicate with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls.
Maintain confidentiality and professional rapport with other departments.
Provide onsite assistance to F&B and Recreation employees as needed.
Uphold highest food and service quality.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Previous supervisory and F&B experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Prior money‑handling and basic math skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Decision‑making under stress with a flexible schedule.
Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 31–40 lb.
