Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
Provide accurate information about our vehicle inventory, services, and promotions.
Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
Be available to work full-time, including Saturdays
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
