Design and execute channel marketing programs and processes to enhance value and improve partner performance

Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and intermediaries aligned with Unity’s strategic goals

Develop and implement integrated channel plans that leverage business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Educate and support partners with product knowledge, sales materials, and up‑to‑date information to ensure success

Build competitive value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies to mitigate market threats

Design and manage content‑driven campaigns to attract and convert customers through partner channels

Analyze campaign data and create dashboards to track performance, optimize outcomes, and identify growth opportunities

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner alignment and program success

What You Must Possess

Strong understanding of strategic services, telecommunications, and technology markets

At least three years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or B2B marketing (BPO or tech sector preferred)

Proven ability in project management and campaign execution

Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills

Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana)

Fluency in English

Spanish proficiency (preferred)
