Quality Manager (Electrical ISO Implementation)
Base pay range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Location: Troy, OH.

Summary As our Quality Manager, you will ensure product quality, ISO compliance, continuous improvement, and lead the quality team to meet KPIs and support company‑wide initiatives. You will also support Environmental Health and Safety standards. This U.S.‑based opportunity supports worldwide operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and adhere to company policies, objectives, strategies, and guidelines.
Lead and plan work of the quality department.
Own, audit, and improve the management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
Maintain and develop current ISO certifications.
Contribute to achieving KPI targets and support cross‑functional cost‑saving projects.
Provide input and co‑develop the vision for the future quality strategy with the VP QEHS.
Execute quality deliverables in projects.
Lead customer audits.
Conduct internal audits (quality, environment, OHS).
Measure, report, and follow up on quality issues and KPIs.
Lead project role in major quality issues and ensure cross‑functional solutions.
Supplier development and quality assurance.
Represent department in meetings and work with continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Experience with ISO implementation.
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes.
Experience in electrical engineering with UL compliance preferred.
Leadership experience managing a quality team.
Conditions Full‑time, on‑site. Must support U.S. and worldwide operations.
