Salary: $72,000 - $75,000
Job Summary We are seeking a growth‑minded Chef Manager to lead our culinary and food service operations, ensuring the success of our menus, inventory, and quality across corporate cafes and executive dining rooms.
Key Responsibilities
Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on sourcing local food products.
Possesses a passion for sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of HACCP.
Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing control.
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Experience with exposition cooking.
ServSafe certified is a plus.
