Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Security Officers on designated shift.
Oversee day to day site operations (i.e., reviewing daily reports).
Performance management.
Responsible for training, coaching, and counseling of staff.
Maintain a strong visible presence among visitors, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property.
Conduct regular foot patrols and surveillance of industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, promptly responding to emergency situations and providing security assistance as required.
Prepare detailed narrative reports and oversee the maintenance of daily activity reports (DARs).
Monitor and report irregular or unusual activity, implementing appropriate measures to address any identified risks.
Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
Qualifications
Required minimum 2 years of Security Supervisor experience.
Must have State Guard License.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficient computer skills are required (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Open availability to work all shifts and schedules.
Must possess reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
Ability to make clear decisions during crisis or high‑stress periods.
May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature.
Must be reliable, demonstrate a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
