Security Supervisor – Evenings

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. You will be the first line of defense, spotting threats before they escalated in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more. Key Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a security supervisor in crowd management, public safety, military, or law enforcement (encouraged but not required) High School Diploma or GED (documentation required) Strong report‑writing skills and exceptional concentration Sharp visual activity and strong proficiency with technology Ability to ace an extensive screening process State license if required Benefits
