Base pay range:

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Travel Requirement:

100% full-time travel within Monroe, LA and other project sites nationwide. All travel expenses are covered by the company.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Low Voltage Senior Quality and Training Manager. This position will be responsible for managing quality control and training initiatives at an assigned site while also overseeing quality assurance efforts across a designated region.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality workmanship in the installation of fiber and copper network cabling infrastructure, verifying project scope, confirming task completion to meet established standards, and developing training programs for quality assurance.

The ideal candidate must be proactive in their approach to quality and training, maintain regular touch points with their direct reports, and have a thorough understanding of Division 27 documents. Additionally, this role will include the responsibility of conducting BOM (Bill of Materials) and PML (Project Material List) reviews for all sites related to their region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead site-level quality management for data center and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Provide regional quality oversight across multiple job sites to drive consistency in structured cabling and fiber optic installation practices.

Review and validate project scopes, BOMs, and PMLs, confirming accuracy of materials, equipment, and labor for large-scale construction environments.

Supervise and mentor cabling and fiber optic crews, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality workmanship.

Conduct pre- and post-installation quality inspections on fiber optic, copper, and low-voltage systems to verify terminations, labeling, and system performance.

Partner with project managers and construction leadership to resolve scope deviations and implement corrective actions.

Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and inspection records in support of audit readiness and project closeout.

Develop and implement quality control procedures, checklists, and standards specific to data center infrastructure and commercial builds.

Deliver training and mentorship for quality personnel and field teams on fiber optic installation best practices and workmanship standards.

Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address quality concerns, provide status updates, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Minimum Requirements

Proven ability to effectively lead, manage and support a team of quality assurance specialists.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, including experience training field and QC personnel.

5–7+ years of experience delivering network cabling projects, including fiber optic and copper infrastructure installations.

Deep knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and Division 27 documentation for structured cabling systems.

Demonstrated experience leading quality control and quality assurance at both site and regional levels.

Proficiency with cable testing tools, inspection processes, and quality documentation.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with the ability to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience in commercial construction environments.

Pay Rate $65,000 - $85,000/year
