Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Role Overview Our client is seeking a
mid-to-senior level Help Desk Specialist
with strong customer-facing skills and technical expertise in
Windows environments, Intune, and Autopilot . This role is
90% end-user support and 10% Intune administration . Candidates should demonstrate ability to work independently, mentor junior staff, and handle
change management for new office setups . Key Responsibilities
Provide
desktop support
for Windows and Mac environments (main tech: Dell; some Macs for marketing). Manage
Active Directory
tasks (adding/removing users). Support
Intune and Autopilot
configurations. Troubleshoot
Cisco VPN , video conferencing equipment, and basic networking issues. Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Assist with
setting up new offices , including applying a structured
change management approach . Must-Haves
5+ years
in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles. Expertise in
Windows, Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot . Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently. Experience with the following tools:
Cisco VPN, Oracle ERP, Zoom, Jira (project tracking), Box Nice-to-Have
Experience in
manufacturing environments . Familiarity with
MDM solutions . ITIL certification
(will be asked during interviews). Prior experience with
change management
and office setup. Exposure to environments with
large-scale device management
(e.g., 500+ offices, diverse tech stack). Previous
IT Manager experience
is a plus. Compensation
Compensation:
$40-$45/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
