Administrative Assistant Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Assisting in the coordination and organization of meetings, appointments, and events.

Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Collaborating with team members to facilitate various projects and initiatives.

Managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
