Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Technician role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Field Technician will perform diagnostic evaluations, execute repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance for a variety of sterilization and laboratory equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, installing new equipment, documenting repair work, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure operational efficiency at client facilities. Qualifications Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment such as sterilizers, autoclaves, washers, and other laboratory devices Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for industrial or medical equipment Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and repair manuals Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality results Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration Willingness to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and adaptability to a dynamic, field-based work environment Relevant certifications in mechanical or electrical repair, or equivalent technical experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in the life sciences, research, or medical industry is a plus Seniority level
