Precision AQ is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Manager, Lead Generation to spearhead demand generation initiatives that drive qualified meetings with pharma and biotech Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This role is pivotal in fueling pipeline growth through market research, competitive intelligence, and targeted engagement strategies.
You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Success in this role means hitting key KPIs (SQL volume, meetings booked and held, and pipeline contribution) while showcasing clear value to organizational growth.
The ideal candidate combines deep life sciences expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution:
Develop and implement lead generation programs aligned with marketing objectives, focusing exclusively on driving SQLs.
Differentiate in the market:
Incorporate competitive intelligence into outreach sequences to position Precision AQ as a leader and iterate weekly.
Design and optimize workflows:
Build outbound campaign processes that align with ABM and marketing priorities using available systems and AI.
Target with precision:
Leverage our single source of truth targeting model and Voice of the Customer capture from Commercial collagues to inform account/person target list building and ownership
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with stakeholders to define value propositions, differentiation, and targeting strategies.
Drive continuous improvement:
Evaluate campaigns regularly, recommending expansion, refinement, or sunset decisions.
Create compelling messaging:
Craft value propositions that resonate with decision-makers and align with U.S. and global strategies. In this role you will be directly writing campaigns.
Maximize event ROI:
Own pre- and post-industry conference and events follow-up to convert engagement into qualified opportunities.
Ensure smooth handoffs:
Deliver detailed lead profiles and insights to Sales and Practice Area teams via standard briefs and use of MS platforms like Teams.
Leverage technology:
Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions, monitor progress, and maintain data integrity.
Report and analyze:
Provide actionable insights on performance metrics, trends, and optimization opportunities with weekly, monthly, quarterly readouts.
Build and lead a team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Lead Generation team, fostering growth and accountability in an OKR driven model.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, sales or medical affairs, with 2 years manager experience
Strong copywriting skills for outreach and campaign messaging
Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation best practices
Deep understanding of life sciences services and technology, including AI-driven solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Strong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable strategies.
Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a hunter mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing or agency environments.
Familiarity with ABM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Knowledge of AI applications in life sciences and commercialization strategies.
Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
