Key Responsibilities
Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories. Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons; items must be flaw‑free.
Hang and tag quality donations quickly, in accordance with agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition; the station should always be ready for the next shift.
Embodies DGR Mode Guiding Principles.
Other duties as assigned.
