Inbound Sales Representative

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (flexible with communication for event attendance)
Compensation:
$40,000 base + 3% commission
Expected Earnings:
$60,000–$80,000+ depending on production (uncapped)
Role We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming sales opportunities from both
homeowners and builders . This role is primarily inbound and includes quoting, closing, and managing residential garage door and opener sales. You’ll work directly with homeowners on individual projects and also serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder accounts once onboarded.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound homeowner and builder inquiries
Meet homeowners on-site to assess needs, take measurements, and recommend solutions
Visit job sites to provide quotes for residential garage doors and openers (company vehicle provided as needed)
Quote and close sales for individual homeowners and builder projects
Act as the primary point of contact and account manager for assigned builder relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth job execution
Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and internal departments
Requirements
Strong communication, follow-up, and time-management skills
Comfortable with in-person site visits (roughly 3-10 per week)
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple jobs and customer relationships
Practical, team-oriented mindset
What Success Looks Like
Hitting monthly revenue targets
Managing a consistent volume of homeowner and builder jobs each month
Maintaining strong close rates and average ticket values
Building trust with homeowners and builder partners
