Job Summary As a Business-to-Business Sales Representative at Mamoth, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with existing customers. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our secure and sustainable ITAD services. You will work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients in various industries to build a robust sales pipeline. Utilize various sources, including industry directories, online platforms, networking events, and cold-calling, to generate leads and target potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their IT asset disposition needs, compliance requirements, and sustainability objectives. Present our secure and environmentally responsible ITAD services as tailored solutions that address their specific requirements effectively.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique value proposition and key benefits of our ITAD services. Articulate how our solutions can meet clients' data security needs and support their sustainability initiatives.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Work diligently to overcome objections and facilitate the contract signing process.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Stay attentive to client needs and provide timely support and assistance as required.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on ITAD industry trends, data privacy regulations, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress using our Monday system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Business-to-Business Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the technology or related industry.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT asset disposition and data security best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative sales and address client needs through effective solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in pursuing sales objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
