Construction Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and close exterior construction projects. This field-based role involves significant travel through out Utah, including rural areas- ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and visiting job sites. We are also offering a 5% commission on completed projects + $100/month gas allowance

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads (cold calls, networking, job site visits)

Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders

Present services, prepare quotes, and close sales

Fallow up on leads and track progress

Qualifications

Proven experience and knowledge in construction (required)

Sales experience

Strong communication and self- motivation

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willing and able to travel to rural areas in Utah

Must close at least two sales in the first 30 days to continue employment

Provide professional references

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Background check required (cost reimbursed on first paycheck)
