Creator Acquisition Manager (Creator Partnerships Manager)

Overview The Creator Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Director of Creator Partnerships to identify, prospect and onboard new creators to Fanfix. They will be responsible for managing their own prospecting pipeline—from initial top-of-funnel outreach to onboarding on the platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing the fast-paced challenges of onboarding creators and managing high-profile relationships. This is a hybrid role in our West Hollywood office four days a week and remote the fifth day.
Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new creators, leveraging talent/agency networks to aid in that effort
Ensure creators understand and utilize Fanfix’s monetization tools effectively
Collaborate with the Success team to manage relationships with creators and maintain consistent communication with those onboarded
Propose and negotiate contractual agreements with creators, determining deliverables, counter-offers and necessary considerations
Use data to advise creators on best practices and position them to optimize success on the platform
Spearhead initiatives across teams, including creating new creator networks, regions, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, the creator economy, and Gen-Z culture, with insight into the business considerations faced by full-time content creators
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach pipeline, timelines, and personalities
Comfortable navigating extensive contract negotiations
Experience pitching a product or application to qualified leads
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $85,000/year + bonus potential
