They will lead and mentor field technicians, collaborate closely with clients to address sampling needs, ensure accurate data collection, and maintain sampling equipment, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in all field service operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in environmental sampling, fieldwork, and knowledge of regulatory compliance
Strong operational management, scheduling, and team leadership skills
Proficiency in data collection, reporting methodologies, and analysis tools
Problem‑solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Experience handling sampling equipment maintenance and associated fieldwork technologies
Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Conroe, TX
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field is desired but not required
