What You'll Be Doing
The purpose of the SMT Skilled Machine Operator is to 1) Load materials into the SMT Machine for production; 2) Perform machine speed adjustments during production; 3) Conduct inspections of product produced ensuring compliance within company quality standards; and maintain acceptable production output goals. Responsibilities
Perform daily set-up of the SMT machine for production including machine adjustments, feeder load, and change procedures all within work order instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Operates the SMT machine including understanding of machine processes sequence and monitors control panel and indicators. Replenishes supplies and components within Standard Operating Procedures. Conducts routine cleaning and maintenance of SMT machine. Identify and informs Operations Team Lead of any product defects or production process issues. Maintains a clean, safe work environment free of FOD. Performs other duties as assigned.
