Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Shop-Based)

Compensation Base pay: $30.00/hr – $48.00/hr (pay based on experience and certifications). Overtime available and paid at time+.
What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of equipment:
Dirt movers
Lifts
Paving and milling machines
Environmental equipment
Conduct functionality and safety tests
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain issues
Utilize laptops and tablets to run diagnostics
Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
Follow OSHA and EPA safety standards
Stay current on training and manufacturer certifications
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in shop or field service repair
Excellent diagnostic skills (12/24 volt electrical wiring, hydraulics) and proficiency with diagnostics tools and software
Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, climb, crawl without restrictions
High school diploma or trade school certification
Valid driver's license
Work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Pass background check and drug screen (including medical marijuana)
