Job Description
We are seeking an experienced industrial mechanic/electronic technician for a facility with world class uptime requirements. Candidates should have expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
Responsibilities
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Remove defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Respond rapidly to mechanical maintenance questions and requests.
Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Ability to reach Schematics
Technical Understanding
Ability to safely operate a broad range of Power Tools
Must be detail oriented and a great communicator
