Administrative Support Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s workforce development and operational initiatives run efficiently. You’ll manage data, optimize internal systems, and support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks that keep operations aligned and moving forward.
This position is
fully remote , with
occasional in-person meetups in North Carolina , offering the perfect balance between flexibility and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data entry processes in Excel and other digital tools.
Update and monitor dashboards to track performance metrics and project milestones.
Support project operations through documentation, scheduling, and process optimization.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage team calendars.
Maintain accurate records and organized documentation for ongoing projects and programs.
Collaborate closely with program managers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Help refine and improve internal systems to boost operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative, operational, or data management support roles.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and familiarity with data tracking or dashboard tools.
Excellent
organizational, analytical, and communication skills .
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience supporting project teams or process-driven environments (preferred).
Valid U.S. Tourist Visa
and willingness to travel occasionally to North Carolina for team gatherings.
