Measures and layouts material, subassemblies or assemblies as dictated by blueprints
Measures, layouts and assembles subassembly jigs driving proper dimensional data in order to conform to final specifications for the assembly
Tack Weld Nozzle Material (Pipe) to Header Boxes (Plate)
Operates hand tools
Requirements - Must Be Able To Do The Following
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Ability to apply math skills
Ability to pass a 2G Stick test
Ability to work overtime when required
Ability to work shift work
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Physical Work Environment
Must be able to work inside and outside
Must be able to handle loud, penetrating noises
Must be able to handle air particulates and some minor amount of smoke
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) While In The Shops
Safety Glasses
Steel Toe Shoes
Ear Plugs
Gloves
Hard Hats
Physical Requirements
Walking
Standing
Using hands
Bending
Lifting
Sitting
Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required
Minimum Experience: 0-2 years related experience
