Experience: Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades
What You'll Do
Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
Join a rotating 24/7 on‑call team for emergency repairs
Analyze system performance to keep high‑tech dairy operations running smoothly
Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on
What We're Looking For
Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
Willingness to learn dairy systems & cow physiology (yes‑it’s fascinating!)
Solid communication and documentation skills
Professionalism, reliability, teamwork
