The Machinist II position performs all aspects necessary for the machining processes used in the manufacturing of components. Location

Stuart, Florida - On Site. Weekend 1st Shift Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM (5% shift differential) Responsibilities

Under General Supervision: Operates all manual, CNC, or EDM machines to perform completely and independently specific operations as outlined in the methods and process sheets Changes, sets, and adjusts precision tools as required Loads and deletes programs in the computer Makes minor adjustments of feeds and speeds on the assigned machine Grinds own cutting tools and drills (other than special purpose tools) Maintains specific tolerances and accurately performs dimensions Checks parts using specified gages or furnished fixtures to ensure dimensions are maintained Performs routine maintenance checks and reports improper machine function Maintains a neat and orderly work area Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions Assists with related training of other employees as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of the machinability of metals, with a good mechanical aptitude Knowledge and ability to use machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments Knowledge of shop geometry and trigonometry Working Conditions

Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Acknowledgements
