Night Auditor (Part-Time)

Our team is looking to add a motivated Part‑Time Night Auditor to manage all aspects of front‑desk operations and serve as a key reference for guests and vendors. To be successful, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
Check‑in/Check‑out hotel guests
Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors
Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
Job Qualifications
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
Effective at handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (e.g., locking doors after hours)
Can work alone and thrive in stressful situations
Readily available and approachable for guests while providing excellent service
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Hours per week are variable and based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors; a specific number of work hours cannot be guaranteed.
