Base pay range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

We are hiring an HR Onboarding Specialist!

The HR Onboarding Specialist will work under the direction of the Onboarding Supervisor, coordinating and executing on the administration of human resources programs and functions. This role will be pivotal in providing an excellent onboarding experience for our employees and contractors as well as maintaining compliant records throughout an employee’s or contractor’s employment life cycle.

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for employees and contractors during onboarding

Manage the collection of and track onboarding paperwork for employees and contractors as well as ongoing licensure and other documents necessary to maintain compliance with state and federal agencies

Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, benefits, and other HR‑related matters

Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records; perform periodic audits and review HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately

Process employee status updates including but not limited to personal information changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments

Assist in programs and training related to retention and employee engagement

Assist HR leadership and regional HR teams with duties as needed

Maintain current knowledge and understanding of federal and state laws/regulations affecting human resources management

Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience required

Experience interacting and engaging with candidates and employees

Healthcare industry experience preferred

Key competencies: Communication, both verbal and written; attention to detail; organization; time management; interpersonal skills; critical thinking; teamwork
