Job Overview

National General, a part of The Allstate Corporation, offers a range of insurance products through independent agents and direct consumer channels. This role focuses on managing attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within the Pacific time zone states. Key Responsibilities

Investigate and confirm facts of bodily injury claims, covering coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation. Apply intermediate understanding of National General policies and organizational relationships. Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling. Identify customer needs and deliver customer service solutions. Recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage. Partner with assigned reps for subrogation or fraud claims to achieve best outcomes. Note: This position does not have supervisory duties. Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience handling attorney‑represented bodily injury claims. Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims. Familiarity with California‑specific claims handling practices and regulations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required. Functional Skills

Customer service orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills from a global case management perspective. Effective problem solving and analytical skills; ability to detect differences and issue recognition from multiple sources. Proficient in and Outlook. Compensation

Base compensation for this role is:

Auto Analyst III: $21.20-$30.87 Auto Consultant I: $26.49-$37.50 Auto Cons II: $28.03-$39.42 Auto Sr Cons I: $35.82-$45.58 Total compensation includes base pay and incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable. EEO and Non‑Discrimination
