Front Desk Associate
to be the heartbeat of our spa. You’re the first hello, the last goodbye, and the reason guests keep coming back. No spa experience? Perfect. We’ll train you. Great energy, strong people skills, and a sales mindset? That’s the real magic.
What You’ll Do
Create an outstanding guest experience from start to finish
Sell memberships and services (and get paid for it )
Answer phones, book appointments, and keep the spa running smoothly
Communicate promotions and services with confidence
Keep the space clean, calm, and professional
Bring positivity, reliability, and hustle—every shift
