Journeyman Service Technician
Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Journeyman level Service Technician to join our team. This role involves working on all makes and models of construction equipment both in the field and in the shop, ensuring accurate and timely repairs while supporting our customers and maximizing uptime.
What You’ll Do As our Service Technician, you will:
Work on all makes and models of construction equipment in the field and in the shop, ensuring repairs are done accurately and timely.
Support our customers and maximize their uptime.
Take ownership of tough jobs and demonstrate technical expertise as a Journeyman technician.
Requirements
5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self‑motivation.
Ability to work under little or no supervision.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Driver’s license with a good driving record (Class B CDL preferred).
Must provide own tools.
Compensation $32.98‑49.47/hr depending on experience.
