Starting salary range $32.20/hr to $40.36/hr with room for growth.
Schedule: Day shift or 12‑hour rotating – availability for either schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
Operate basic precision manual machine tools (Vertical Milling Machine, Engine Lathe, Hydraulic Press, Key Broach).
Operate hoisting and lifting devices (cranes, jacks, tractors) to position machinery and parts during installation, set‑up, and repair.
Experience with precision measuring tools.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components.
Follow precision guidelines and standards to install and replace bearings, bushings, slides.
Pump repair and rebuilds with precision alignments.
Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand, power tools, and welding equipment.
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to understand and work efficiently with maintenance parts software.
Consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative.
Team‑oriented with a strong desire to support and mentor junior mechanics or apprentices.
