Account Coordinator The Brandman Agency is seeking a highly organized, motivated

Account Coordinator

to support multiple client teams in a fast-paced PR environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in luxury public relations.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Highly organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize competing deadlines

Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong time management and task execution skills

Ability to develop organizational systems to work efficiently and on schedule

Ability to contribute original ideas to help leverage client news and initiatives

Four-year undergraduate college/applicable university degree required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Keynote is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Monitor media coverage of clients and the travel industry

Assist with drafting and distributing press releases, pitches, and e-blasts

Update and maintain press kits and related materials

Respond to media inquiries and image requests

Pitch client stories proactively and reactively to media

Compile weekly and monthly media highlights, including outlet details and coverage tracking

Assemble clipbooks and PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for client meetings and media appointments

Maintain accurate tracking reports of daily account activity

Take detailed notes during client meetings and prepare follow-up recaps

Maintain and update media distribution lists via Muck Rack

Assist with coordination of group and individual press trips, including research, budgets, trip materials, and expense reports

Support event planning and execution, including RSVP management, briefing books, media profiles, press kits, and on-site support

Assist with office administrative duties, including filing, shipping, scanning press clips, and research
