$1.50 per hour + base wage.

Job Details Position Responsibilities Include:
Assembling refrigeration components utilizing pneumatic/hand tools, fixtures and other manufacturing techniques into high quality products.
Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
Inspecting and testing new product in compliance with quality requirements.
Sharing ideas and suggestions for improvements regarding product design and assembly in an effort to create quality and user-friendly products.
Assist in defining assembly process & work instructions.
Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.
This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
