Position:
Residential Remodeler (Carpenter Trainee)
Purpose of Position:
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

Compensation:
The approximate hourly rate for this position is $17–$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
